Morning Offering
Thank and offer the new day to Our Lord. Ask His help to do what is good and avoid what is evil with the assistance of Our Lady, St. Joseph, and your Guardian Angel. (1 minute)
Daily Eucharistic Participation
Whenever possible, attend Mass and receive the Eucharist daily. Participating in the sacrifice of the Mass and receiving the Body and Blood of Christ nourishes your soul and strengthens your relationship with Him.
Angelus
Pray the Angelus at midday and ask Our Lady to help you love Jesus as she did. (2 mts)
Gospel Reading
To love Our Lord, we must know Him. Meditate on what you read as well. (1.5 mts)
Mental Prayer
Spend a few moments in friendly conversation with the Most Blessed Trinity. Tell God all you have in your heart. (5 minutes)
Spiritual Reading
A good spiritual book helps you grow in your knowledge of God and your faith. (10-13 minutes)
Rosary
Set aside time each day to pray the Rosary, a powerful meditative prayer that brings you closer to God through the intercession of Mary. As you pray the Rosary, contemplate the mysteries of the life of Jesus and Mary. (25 mts)
Night Prayer & Examination of Conscience
Reflect on the good, bad, and improvable actions; thank God, ask pardon, and form resolutions for the next day respectively.
